This is a very sad thing to hear about from such a trusted group of individuals. The truth of an EMR is.... at least from my standpoint, is that your best judgement will come from your end users. AFTER IMPLEMENTATION and GO-LIVE!!! Nothing said in between should be taken seriously..... LOL.
